Since each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to replace it. Just share a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 48 hours for a full refund.

Replacements are only available for damaged items and will be provided with the same design.

This product is crafted from natural veneer with a matte finish. To keep it looking its best, simply wipe it with a dry cloth. Over time, you can gently repolish it to maintain its beauty for years to come.
